LCS University was created as a place for employees to continually learn throughout their career with LCS Companies and its divisions. LCS University is available through our classroom setting or through modules on our company-wide system. Developed in 2010, it provides on-going continuing education for all of our employees in all of its divisions. From beginner to expert training, there is a lesson for everyone at LCS to improve and stay current with our industries state requirements, laws and standards. We are proud to say our training defines the standard for excellence in the industry.
Training offered includes basic training, customer service, etiquette, presentation, appearance and workplace safety to name a few!

In addition to training programs offered year long, many of our staff hold multiple and practical certifications which can be renewed quarterly, semi-annually and annually. Employees are required to refresh their training and certifications on an annual basis.
